By Lee Pei Chi (CSR Committee) and Tanny Yap (CSR Chairperson)

Persatuan Kebajikan Mesra Megah Ria, Johor Bahru, Johor is a non-profit organisation, established on March 2014. The source of funding for charity is only through the public and social enthusiasts’ contribution and fundraising efforts.

The charity was established to adopt and care for abandoned and abused children and people with disabilities including mental retardation, hyperactivity disorders and Down syndrome. The charity is currently providing accommodation facilities for nearly 20 children between 1 to 22 years old. In addition to offering them free accommodation with a pleasant atmosphere, the charity also supports their medical and education needs.

As part of our CSR initiatives, we have donated RM5000 to Persatuan Kebajikan Mesra Megah Ria to reduce the burden of their monthly expenses which includes utilities, rental, transportation, medication and education fees.
