Management Associate Program

What is the MAP?

Pac Lease Management Associate Programme (MAP) offers a one-year structured programme specially designed to develop the future leader in you and to develop talented and promising individuals like you for a variety of roles within the Company.

As a Management Associate (MA), you will receive job rotation, nominated for external training and provided extensive on-the-job coaching from our experienced management staff.

What you can expect?

The MAP will path the way for you to be a well-rounded management team member and prepared you for post-MAP deployment, by developing financing skills and knowledge across different industries, as well as, broadening your perspectives of the financing landscape in Malaysia.

During the programme, the MA will undergo job rotation in 5 critical departments, i.e., Credit & Marketing, Credit, Disbursement & Trade Operations, Collection & Recovery and with branch exposure within the Klang Valley. The job rotation will help you to have a better understanding of the work performed by those departments, pathing way for you to assume management roles upon completion of the program.
