SR Car-Free Run 2018

120 of us with our family members did just that …. run, walk and some were “chauffeured in prams”.

The objective of the run is to promote a healthy lifestyle but whilst one run may not do that, it is a good start.

Joe, our CEO kicked off the event with a short speech of encouragement, followed by Qigong exercise led by Master Koh Kok Sia, who amazed us with his swings and twists. Thereafter, our emcees, See Wai and Terrence explained the 2km and 5km routes before flagging off the 5km runners first.
We have passionate marathon runners, paternal bonder runners as well as snapping enthusiastic walkers in the run, which ended with us feasting on nasi lemak, curry puffs, doughnuts and isotonic drinks.
