- OCBC CASA Account: Must be opened or already held for loan disbursement.
- Direct Debit: Mandatory for loan repayment.
- Keyman Insurance: Required for all guarantors via Great Eastern Assurance.
- Legal Fees: RM1,200 per case, payable by the customer.
Q6: Can I apply if my business is outside the listed regions or has a different constitution?
