With the nation going into full-lockdown for the 2nd time, under the FMCO beginning 1 June 2021 and extension of the lockdown beyond one month, many more businesses have and will continue to suffer. Many charities, homes for the needy and under-privileged rely on public donations to survive and meet their daily needs. With declined income / business activities and loss of jobs or reduction in salary, a number of the donors to the charity homes have reduced or ceased their contributions.
Discipline, Education and Self Belief – The Mikhalai School of Destiny (MSOD) believes that these 3 elements are important to every child. MSOD reached out to Pac Lease Bhd and requested a donation of groceries and other needs due to a funding shortage caused by the recent occurrences as stated above.
Therefore, we have decided to help MSOD with meeting the needs of the children with their necessary provision and necessities such as rice, milk powder and canned goods alongside disposable masks and sanitary items. We believe that by doing so, we will provide these young and talented minds with the possibility and hope of a brighter future. Besides, we hope that this donation will also ease the hardships that the children are facing at such an early stage of their lives.
