Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Credit & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Industrial Hire Purchase product.
  • Aggressively obtain new business opportunities to achieve personal Key Performance Indicator.
  • Evaluate, propose and execute applications from clients and follow up on documentations.
  • Develop and maintain good business relationship with existing/prospective customers and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Recognised diploma / degree / professional qualification in any discipline, preferably business related.
  • At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in Banking/ Finance/ Equipment Financing industry with strong marketing networks.
  • Possess initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills.

Work Location

Officer / Senior Officer – Credit & Marketing

Officer / Senior Officer – Credit Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance of the Company’s credit policies while maintaining a balanced approach to support growth in quality assets.
  • Ensure daily/monthly reports for Credit Department are done accurately and timely.
  • Ensure the timely updating of system records.
  • Provide support to improve quality of credit processing and proficiency levels of credit & marketing personnel where necessary.
  • Undertake to prepare Letter of Offer and any other credit related documents.
  • Evaluating potential customers’ creditworthiness and setting credit limits.
  • Undertake any other credit-related assignments and ad-hoc duties from time to time.

Requirements

  • Recognised diploma / degree / professional qualification in any discipline, preferably business related.
  • At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in Banking/ Finance/ Equipment Financing industry with wide marketing networks.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in credit analyst are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Possess initiative, good analytical and communication skills.
  • Possess knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must be a team player.

Internship Programme

Requirements

  • Candidate currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Internship position(s) for a duration of 3-4 month(s).
  • Keen to learn & assist in Branch & Branches Vendor Relationship/ Credit/ Planning & Special Projects Department.
Officer – Marketing Support

Key Responsibilities

  • To perform correct and timely data entry on clients’ particulars.
  • To keep records and maintain a proper filing system.
  • To provide administrative and clerical support.
  • To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • To follow-up on insurance renewal and issuance of insurance cover note.
  • To follow-up on branch collection and reporting.
  • To evaluate, propose and execute loan applications from the existing clients and to follow up on documentations if required.

Requirements

  • Possess a recognized Diploma/Degree/professional qualification in business related discipline.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of financial related working experience.
  • Good command of the English language (both oral and written).
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Office.
  • Possess initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills.
